Local Delivery Service by OC Mattress: (California Deliveries Only)

♥ Set up: Our professionally trained delivery team will deliver and assemble all products purchased from Orange County Mattress.

♥ Contacting you for set up: Our delivery team will give a courtesy call 15-30 minutes prior to arrival. An adult must be present to sign for the received merchandise.

♥ Removal: Our team will also move old mattresses from room to room or haul them away for disposal or donation to charity. Mattresses and foundations only. The driver(s) will not remove old bed frames, headboards, or any other furniture. They will only remove old mattresses and foundations if this has been requested at the time of purchase.

Non-Local Deliveries

♥ OC Mattress’s non-local delivery rates vary depending on how far away you live from the local store, but not by delivery weight. All deliveries outside our delivery radius will incur a delivery charge. Please contact our store for details.

First, let’s think about size.

The mattress needs to be longer than the person sleeping on it is tall.

The bed width should allow for plenty of space for the person or people to move around to get comfortable. For two people on a mattress, we recommend at least a Queen or King.

Good Rule of Thumb: You should buy the largest mattress that your space allows for.

Second, let’s think about comfort.

A good place to start is asking yourself, “Do I prefer a plush or firm mattress?” If you don’t know! That is what our retail stores in California are for; come in to give them a try.

Third, let’s think about your budget.

Mattress sets vary in price due to what is inside of them. You may want the top end model with latex and temperature regulating material because it feels amazing, but your budget might say otherwise.

Decide what you would like to pay and focus your research in that price range.

Remember: this could be your sleep surface for the next 10 years. You could buy a mattress that is $1,000 over what you wanted to spend and still only pay about 3 cents more per hour of sleep.

You will realize importance of mattress investment when you consider the massive impact that sleep has on our health, interpersonal relationships, and happiness. Budget accordingly.

Fourth, take your time.

We can’t tell you how many times the customer that makes a snap decision comes back in weeks later and regrets their poor decision-making. We invite you to take your time in our showroom. Come in, shop around and ask away!

Beautyrest

Your new Beautyrest or Simmons mattress or foundation used with proper support is protected by a limited manufacturer’s warranty. The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in your Beautyrest or Simmons mattress or foundation including faults in materials or manufacturing defects in the removable fabric cover available on select models. Replacement of one piece due to manufacturing defect does not automatically result in the replacement of any other piece. The limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Golden Mattress

We warrant to the original purchaser that this product is free from defect in workmanship and materials (other than cover) and will remain serviceable under normal use and service for a period of (¹) years, beginning with the date of purchase by the consumer. If this product becomes unserviceable for reason other than misuse or neglect within the warranty period, the purchaser may return the product to the dealer from whom purchased or to our factory if the dealer is no longer in existence. We will restore the product to first-class condition at no cost to the purchaser.² No other warranty is expressed or implied. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Our various King Koil brands and models are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in workmanship and/or materials – check warranty details specific to each sleep system you purchase. We recommend registering your product online to make processing a warranty claim you may have in the future easier.

Warranty on mattresses vary contact our customer service team for details. We offer a 30 Day Comfort Guarantee because we insist on our guest’s happiness. Please note: your retailer is your first point of contact should you have any questions or concerns about your mattress or mattress warranty. If your retailer cannot service you or you can’t reach your retailer, please follow the instructions below to file a warranty claim. You will need your original store receipt and information from the law tag on your mattress.

Restonic mattresses are made with the finest care and quality of craftsmanship, providing you with years of comfort and support. Restonic warrants against defects in workmanship and/or materials of your sleep set. In the unlikely event that service is required because of such defects after purchases, your Restonic mattress and/or foundation will be repaired or replaced (at Restonic’s option) without charge, except for transportation costs.

Tempur-Pedic

Your new Tempur-Pedic® mattress and flat foundation are covered by a 10 Year Full Replacement Limited Warranty. For 10 years after you purchase your new mattress or foundation from Tempur-Pedic or an authorized Tempur-Pedic Retailer, when it has a defect covered under the warranty, we will replace or repair it. This includes all parts of the mattress and foundation, and there’s no deductible.
