Orange County Mattress is not responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery. Customer is responsible for preparing and clearing delivery path prior to scheduled delivery. Please do clear items you are concerned about, mattresses are oversized and heavy to maneuver.

Shipment time is estimated, Orange County Mattress is not responsible for manufacturer delays.

Free standing metal frames need to be lifted and not pushed. Orange County Mattress is not responsible for broken frames.

The Customer is responsible for proper fitting of any/all bedding. New mattress set may require specialty/deep pocket sheets and/or bedding.

WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES FOR SIZE REASONS. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure the mattress set and make sure the size is correct for them.

30 NIGHT SLEEP TRIAL – if after sleeping on your mattress set for AT LEAST the required 14 days and you are not satisfied you can choose another mattress at the same price or more with the customer paying the greater amount difference. A 20% handling charge will be assessed on all comfort exchanges, plus a $75 pickup and & re-delivery fee. (ONE EXCHANGE ONLY – NO EXCEPTIONS) Mattresses that are DAMAGED OR SOILED ARE NOT SUBJECT TO COMFORT TRIAL OR WARRANTY EXCHANGE.

The terms and conditions, in its entirety is accepted by me, the purchaser of the above merchandise. All deposits left on orders not completed within 90 days of purchase will turn into store credit. The product will be returned to stock and will not be held.
